These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kamaooo ("Service"), a multi-tool SaaS product provided by Kamaooo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Kamaooo provides a suite of seven tools designed to help users generate ideas and strategies for business or side hustle ventures. Our services include:

Idea Brainstorming: Generate business or side hustle ideas based on your personal details, current situation, and desired outcomes. You may save or remove these ideas as desired.

Website Generation: Automatically generate a custom website based on a selected idea. Users may edit the website, with a promotional "Made by Kamaooo" button included unless removed upon payment.

Marketing Strategy Generation: Create detailed marketing strategies, including target demographics, psychographics, goals, branding, and a mix of organic and paid marketing strategies.

Monetization Strategy Generation: Develop comprehensive monetization strategies, covering different models, cost structures, operational costs, and risk assessments.

Funding Strategy Generation: Generate strategies for raising funds, including analysis of required capital and various approaches with their associated pros and cons.

Funding Document Generation: Produce professional documents intended for investor presentations.

Content Generation: Create ad and marketing images or posters, including captions, through template selection or AI-driven content generation. Generated content can be downloaded and shared.

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide your name, email address, and basic business details (such as phone number and address). You agree that all information you provide is accurate and current. By creating an account, you consent to these Terms.

Credit System: The Service operates on a credit-based model. You may purchase credits to perform various tasks. The pricing and the value of credits are subject to change at our discretion.

Credit Adjustments: In the event of a change that devalues credits, any credits in your account will be updated to reflect the original value.

Free Credits: Upon creating an account, you will receive 15 free credits to use as you wish.

Non-Refundable Credits: All purchased credits are non-refundable. However, credits may be transferable if you contact our customer support.

User Ownership: You retain full ownership over any outputs generated by the Service. You are free to use, modify, and distribute such outputs without restriction.

Promotional Attribution: Websites generated by our Service include a "Made by Kamaooo" attribution. This promotional element may be removed if you opt for the relevant paid option.

License for Promotional Use: By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the generated outputs solely for promotional purposes—unless removed via payment.

The outputs provided by Kamaooo—including strategies, documents, websites, and other content—are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before relying on any output generated by the Service.

Permitted Use: The Service is intended solely for generating business ideas and related strategies.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Service for any malicious activities, including but not limited to launching DDoS attacks, hacking, or any activity that compromises the integrity, security, or performance of our systems.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are used to promote hate speech or violence of any kind. We will otherwise exercise discretion in managing user conduct.

Ongoing Development: We continually update and improve Kamaooo. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Notifications: Updates, including changes to the Service or these Terms, may be communicated through paid membership channels or our newsletter. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates.

Our Service integrates with third-party APIs (such as Gemini and Claude) solely to facilitate the generation of content. We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or content of these third-party services. Use of such services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

Data Collection: We collect your name, email address, and basic business details (e.g., phone number, address) necessary for account creation and service provision. Information entered into tool prompts (e.g., brainstorming or strategy details) is not stored.

Data Security: We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data; however, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the outputs will be error-free, accurate, or meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Kamaooo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses) arising from your use or inability to use the Service—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
